Sensing well-being

…begins with turning your back on everyday life and turning your face towards the sun. Simply take a moment. Work up a sweat, in the nature. Ground yourself. Take time for the beautiful things. Get into a state of complete relaxation. But where can you find this sense of well-being? What is the best activity (or inactivity) to bring inner balance?
