Our sauna area in Valdaora at Plan de Corones is a textile-free room and only accessible from the age of 14. For those in swimwear and for families with children, we offer a special textile sauna and a silent room outside the nude zone in the Aurora Acqua area.

In it, up to 40 people take their place and every moment is geared towards regeneration and purification. With every bead of sweat that is formed, tension melts away from you. Enjoy a variety of special infusions and peelings as part of the weekly activity programme.
There’s an infusion sauna for up to 40 guests, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, aroma steam bath, whirlpool, cold plunge pool, Kneipp foot bath and relaxation rooms.
Yes, the sauna is nude and reserved for guests aged 14+. A textile sauna in Aurora Acqua is available for families.
Daily from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; the textile sauna can be heated on request in the morning until 1 p.m..
The infusion sauna hosts themed infusions and peelings – a highlight for sauna fans.
A tea corner, communication room, cosy relaxation room and a quiet sleep room with alpine‑style beds invite you to unwind.
