As head chef at the Mirabell, I get inspired by the trusting cooperation with the Agstner family, which has existed for many years, the well organised work processes, the kitchen crew, which has harmoniously grown together for some time and is mainly made up of local professionals, the constructive 5-day working week, but above all the many compliments from our valued guests. All of that promotes our daily, fun and creative work and inspires all of us to take responsibility for the high-quality cuisine in the house. The Mirabell gourmet kitchen makes it possible!

In the Mirabell reception I have a feeling of being free, a feeling of being home, it is where I come alive! It offers me a variety of opportunities to put my communicative temperament to good use. The direct contact with all our dear guests and the wonderful team spirit are exciting and varied – my daily lifeblood. Being the first point of contact for our guests in the hotel when it comes to answering their questions, requests and problems both challenges and fascinates me. This is my world, my passion – my calling. The reception at the Mirabell makes it possible!

When I think of my motto “Life is a theatre” the unique revolving bar in the Mirabell, the lounge, the fireplace room, the summer garden and the traditional farmhouse parlour become my stage. It is here where I give free rein to my extroverted character, entertain our guests and conjure up creative delicacies. Here, where the lightness of being, amusing chit chat and profound discussion come together, here I am allowed to be who I am and do what I do best: Be an entertainer, listener, cabaret artist and bartender with full passion. The Mirabell, my professional home!

I am at home in the realm of body, mind and soul. As an Ayurveda therapist and yoga teacher, I am able to realise my life’s mission in the spiritual oasis of the Mirabell: to do something good for people! The well-being of our guests and the promotion of their quality of life are our top priority. Harmony, empathy, professional specialisation, experience and trust are the pillars of our work and are our greatest source of inspiration. The feeling I get each from making others happy fills me with an invaluable feeling of contentment. This responsible role gives me and our entire spa team new strength every day. The spiritual world in the Mirabell makes it possible!

I have been one of the “good spirits” of the Mirabell since 1998. There, where our guests go to rest, in their most private four walls, there, where they return to self and let the experiences of the day take effect on them, it is there that I do my best to make everyone feel at ease and let everyone enjoy their holiday home in their own way. I am also responsible for many small touches that have a big effect. And the guest feels and recognises the dedication with which we do our work. Housekeeping is an addition to their feel-good time at Mirabell and for us “quiet souls” an additional reward.

Each meal is a special kind of pleasure, which I have been able to repeatedly experience together with our guests in the Mirabell for what feels like an eternity. When warm hospitality delights the soul, the delicious surprises from the gourmet kitchen make the eyes sparkle and tantalise the tastebuds, then our contribution in service rounds off the traditional regional dining culture to the benefit of our guests. The trust of the host family, working independently, the friendly acquaintances with many regular guests and the praiseworthy, collegial cooperation with long-standing members of the service team are the inspiration I have to give my best each day. The Mirabell and its guests do me good!
