THE MIRABELL GOLF CLUB

Playing golf in South Tirol with wonderful views of the Dolomites

The golf teaching course that belongs to the 5-star golf hotel Mirabell in South Tirol is located directly opposite the hotel and impresses with breathtaking views. The three optimally maintained holes (120 to 190 m long Par 3) feature various degrees of difficulty. The teaching course offers an optimal practice terrain for golf players of all skill levels. In various golf lessons, including children's and youth lessons, our PGA certified golf coach Ulrich Schneider ensures you'll be playing like an old hand in no time.

The Golf Club

The Mirabell Golf Club was founded in 2002 and is a fully paid-up member of the Italian Golf Federation. It is the local club of the people of the area, the numerous guests of the hotel who often come to Valdaora and remote members.  Club services include a course manual for the handicap, an engaging tournaments schedule on the major courses in South Tyrol and favourable conditions on green fees for our members on the golf courses in South Tyrol, Austria and Lake Garda.

Mirabell Golf Club

Note:
A player qualification and membership of an international golf course are mandatory for the use of the golf course.  An exception is made for those taking part in our courses.

Practice greens / Driving Range

Our Driving Range is furnished with 5 indoor places and 5 outdoors on modern mats. There are 6 grass tees, ideal for shots up to 150 metres.  The practice greens for the “short game” with Bunkers, Chipping Green and Putting Green enable players to perfect their game.  The whole complex is characterised by a very reserved atmosphere, perfect for golfers who want to improve the individual aspects of the game but also for beginners who, for example, can take their first steps in golf and obtain their handicap on holiday.

Golf school

The Hotel Mirabell and the Golf Club manage a golf school with PGA-certified professionals who teach the game in various golf courses, guide players to the handicap (DGV-) and develop the game individually.

Membership of the Mirabell Golf Club

It’s well worth becoming a member.  As club members, not only can you play on all golf courses throughout the world, but you can also benefit from an exclusive service and enjoy the numerous advantages at the Mirabell Golf Club in Valdaora in South Tyrol.  The Mirabell Golf Club also offers beginners an advantage in terms of costs.  No admission fee is charged, as happens with most clubs.  A handicap is required to join.
