Reservations are considered binding when confirmation is received by fax, e-mail or post from the Mirabell Dolomites Hotel. We ask for a deposit of € 200 / € 400 per room or suite. The deposit can be paid by credit card (specify number and expiry date), bank transfer or online payment (Click to pay by Hobex) on our website (possible transfer fees are to be borne by the customer). You can settle the hotel bill at the hotel reception on the evening before departure from 9 p.m. or on the morning of the day of departure from 7.15 a.m. Should the invoice be made out to a specific address, please let reception know in good time. Please understand that cash payments in Italy are subject to the strictest legal regulations. Detailed information on this is available at reception.

Our famous sense of hospitality allows you to you rebook or cancel your reservation for this winter, summer and autumn free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. We ask for your understanding if we charge a compensation of 30% of the total booking amount in the event of a booking cancellation within 14 days before arrival. In the event of a later arrival or early departure, we will charge for the booked days in full.

• Please inform us in good time and in writing.
• We ask for your understanding that we charge 30% of the entire hotel arrangement for cancellations 14 days to 1 day before arrival.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we take the liberty of charging the entire booked stay.
• For cancellations of high season bookings 40 to 22 days prior to arrival, we take the liberty of charging the amount for the first night in any case.
• Cancellations of more than 3 rooms are subject to our own cancellation policy.

At only € 5 per person and booked holiday day you cover all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the insured person, children, siblings, parents or grandparents upon presentation of a certificate.
