LOGI diet – lighter with taste
With particular attention to a correct diet, we offer a new definition of a balanced, tasty and light diet with the special LOGI method of Nicolai Worm. LOGI stands for “Low Glycemic Index".
Say goodbye to cravings with the LOGI method. With this diet, you will be able to control your weight in a healthy and sustainable way and prevent type II diabetes. With the Logi method, you will be able to consume in the best possible way all the nutrients that your body needs and still gradually lose weight and bring the sugar levels in your blood under control. The main pillars of the Logi method involve not just nutrition but also healthy exercise and sufficient sleep. Happy and thin with a load of protein and the right amount of fat – these are the promises of the LOGI method. Fruit and vegetables are at the centre of the method and at least three portions of vegetables and two portions of fruit are necessary every day. To satisfy the palate and ensure a varied diet, the menu must offer dishes rich in protein such as fish, poultry, meat, eggs, milk and dairy products, dried fruit and pulses. Wholegrain cereals, basmati and brown rice along with pasta and durum wheat pasta are allowed in moderation.
