THE SHARE PLUM – A HEALTHY POWERHOUSE
Small, but packs a punch. The share plum is just about the size of an apricot, but this special green fruit harbours unimagined powers. Enriched with enzymes and probiotic microorganisms, it is a natural cure against all kinds of constipation. The cleansing effect makes for a new, liberating feeling of lightness. Ayurveda is a traditional, Indian healing art and is regarded as the oldest treatment method in the world. It categorises the personality of humans into three substances (doshas): Vata (movement), Pitta (energy) and Kapha (stability). If these three substances are in balance, they infuse the individual with energy and ensure he/she is healthy.
But environmental influences, stress leave behind traces and residues which settle in the body and bring the doshas out of balance. Malaise, pain and illness are the results of this instability.
