  • QIGONG  - EASY OF BEING  
  • Means care over the control, harmonisation and regulation of the vital energy, Qi. These health exercises are characterised by slow, fluent movements and have a positive effect on mental wellness.

  • ASHTANGA YOGA

    Asthanga Yoga AYI is clearly different from other yoga styles. In the AYI method the fixed asanas are practiced, where there are numerous variations. They are adapted to each participant so that they can be taken safely and without injury.
    The AYI method is a perfect complement to the traditional exercise system and is also made available to people who have an impairment. The practice feels healthy and promotes further health.

  • WOGONG - LAYING QIGONG
    Qigong exercises while lying down to calm and relax the body and mind.
