  • JOURNEY IN SOUNDS
    is a guided meditation in which the bells are rung in different dimensions. Delicate and fascinating sounds will delicately enfold you.
    Since the words “journey” and “sound” are to the fore in sound journeys, we offer the journey in German and Italian separately (please take note of the respective dates on the current activity programme)
  • QIGONG
    means care over the control, harmonisation and regulation of the vital energy, Qi.
    These health exercises are characterised by slow, fluent movements and have a positive effect on mental wellness.
  • YOGA
    is a philosophical doctrine that originated in India and includes, among other things, physical exercise, breathing techniques, concentration and meditation exercises. Through yoga, we explore the consciousness of our body and our spirit. The calming effects of a yoga lesson are still felt days later.
