The Vitalis baths stand out through a very detailed sequential scheme. The total duration for the baths is approximately 1.5 hours (inclusive of relaxation period) and one of our employees in the Aurora World will monitor the entire treatment.
Step 1: Drink one cup of herbal tea in order to open the renal valve.
Step 2: Alternating hot and cold foot bath according to Kneipp in order to stiumalte circulation and thereby also improve circulation of muscuous membranes.
Step 3: Shower with a »shower gel« composed according to Ayurvedian principle.
Step 4: Bath of 15 to 20 minutes in the steam bath, wrapped into various substances according to your choice (see single baths: Thalasso baths, Alpine baths, Beauty baths...) wrapped with a natural cotton cloth. Choice of baths: The bath, which is best suited for you, will be recommended from one of the employees in the Aurora World during an advisory discussion.
Step 5: Neck and shoulder massage of 15 minutes.
Step 6: Reaction and relaxation time of 30 to 45 minutes in the Ayurveda Pavillon relaxation room.

Thalasso Baths Fango Bath – Beauty for your Skin
Fango is pure sea ooze from volcanic origin. It derives from the deep Dead Sea and is ideal for muddy and mushy baths for protecting and revitalizing the skin. The entire body is covered with sea fango and wrapped with a linen cloth, which is first rinsed in a brine solution, and afterwards left to the purifying steam of the bathtub.
