New tourist tax from january 1st 2014 on
Prices shown will from January 1st 2014 attract a tourist tax of € 1,30 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure. - 10% discount
off all daily prices for those who book in advance. The reservation must be made at least 3 months prior to your arrival for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The down payment must be received within 30 days of the reservation date. (not valid in the period: 22.12.12-06.01.13, 07.02.13-17.02.13, 19.07.13-25.08.13) - Single Room Use:
If you use the Nostalgia double room as a single room, a surcharge of 25.00 Euro applies. In the case of single occupation of the Waldsaum and Spring suites a supplement of 50.00 Euro applies. - Rate for overnight stay / breakfast:
If you book an overnight stay with breakfast only, the rate will be reduced by 7.00 Euro. - Room Service:
Upon request we serve your meal or bevarag in your room. We charge 10.00 Euro for this service. - Meals:
Unfortunately we are not able to grant price reductions for meals, which are not consumed. - Golf:

18.00 Euro per day without dog food (please bring your own blanket and basket for the dog). Dogs and other pets can not access the Aurora World with swimming pool, dining room or garden for hygenic reasons. - Deposit:
Bookings will not be considered firm until payment of a deposit of 400.00 Euro is received. Please pay the deposit via credit card (indicate number and expiry date), since we can not assume transfer charges. With only Euro 4.00 per person and booked day, all cancellation fees are covered in the case of accident, sickness or death of the insured person, his children, brothers or sisters, parents or grand parents upon presentation of the insurance document. - Cancellation:
Room cancellations are valid only in written form. If you cancel more than three months before the booked date, no cancellation charges apply. From 3 months to 1 month before the booked date we charge the price for three days. From 1 month before the booked date, advanced departure or delayed arrival, we charge 80% of the booked stay per person (Exception: you enter the Travel Failure Service). - Methods of payment:
Payment by Eurocheque or traveller’s cheque, EC-card, bancomat card, Visa and Mastercard. In the case of unforeseen economic developments or a change in the current Vat rate of 10% -21% an adjustment will be made. - Down payment
Guests are kindly requested to send us a down payment of € 400.00 per room. Reservations are considered binding once the Mirabell issues a confirmation by fax, e-mail or regular post. - Mirabell gift coupon
